Tim had a four day weekend so we went back to Cincy for the weekend!! It was a jam packed, fun filled weekend!! Friday we started with lunch with Cindy at Chipotle (since sadly we don't have one here in Clarksville). Then we went to part our great friend Jeff's 30th birthday pub crawl!! It was so nice to see old friends and catch up! I feel like it's so hard to get together with everyone when we go home for short weekends here and there. It was nice to be able to do that. Saturday Tim started the day with a little golf with Paul and Joey. He said he had lots of fun!! It's good that he gets to do that every once in a while I know he enjoys it. Then after golf we met Cindy and Paul at the Taste of Cincinnati. It's been a long time since we have been able to go to that. I wished there had been more places but overall it was pretty fun. Then Tim got his way and we at dinner Skyline (more cincy favorite food!!) of course he had to go to the one in Clifton cause he swears it has the best food. I think he's crazy by the way!! Sunday we started out with brunch with my Aunt Pat, Uncle Roy, and my cousin Rosie. It was so nice to see them. It's been a little while so it's good that we get to do that every so often. Then we came back and had a Memorial Day/ Tim's Bday Cookout! I love that my family celebrates birthdays. I love celebrating them and I know Tim has learned to love to celebrate them too. Doesn't hurt that he gets presents!! :) Of course the weekend was a HOT one and some of the family got to get in Mom's pool.
I think I have a water baby!! She LOVES the pool. She liked it last year too but this year she went right in and was having fun. Had some trouble getting her out of the pool!! Then we finished up the weekend with going to see Hangover 2. We rarely get out to see a movie so after we put Kendall to be we asked Mom to watch Kendall and Tim, Joey, and I went and it was soo funny!! SOOOO glad we decided to go!! Now it's back home and back to reality. :( But Cindy and Paul decided to come down for our Anniversary weekend so Tim and I could go to 2 nights of the CMA Music Fest. I went last year and LOVED it!! So I think Tim is super excited that he will be able to go to a couple nights.
