Tim took Kendall down to the beach and she wasn't super sure of anything at first. First she didn't like the sand and wouldn't walk on it. Then when Tim took her in ocean the first time she didn't really like that either. But she seemed to warm up and by the end of the week she was all about the beach. We had to put a tarp down on the sand to ease her way into playing in the sand. It worked perfectly!! She would start out on the tarp and then make her way into the sand. We did this for a couple days and then she was ready for just the sand. 
Of course she LOVED the pool. I sure do have a water baby!!! She is also not afraid of anything, which in return makes me afraid of EVERYTHING!! If she could she would probably jump right in without anyone. She was trying to do flips on the bars on the pool and walking all around the "baby" pool which stepped off into the "Big" pool. Let's just say...she was not afraid of taking a few steps and going under!!!
We had a lot of fun with Kendall and the beach. Cindy, Mom, and I decided to go to the Orange Beach Zoo one day and Kendall LOVED LOVED LOVED it. It was a very small zoo (which was REALLY nice cause it was REALLY hot). It was also a really hands on zoo which was great. She loved feeding all the animals. She would take her food cup and try to feed everything!! It was cute!! She got to ride a camel and even pet and paly with some baby kanagroos. It was sooo cute!!
Now we are back to reality and getting ready for Kendall to start preschool in less than a month!! Soo exciting and soo sad as well. But I know it will be good for her. With Tim leaving again and the new baby on her way I think it will help Kendall out A LOT!!
